RSS

I decided to be the rebel and go straight to RSS, and leave Google Universe for next time.

I found it very easy to set up RSS feed. It makes information gathering much more convenient than Favorites because it's web-based as opposed to desk top specific;
making it convenient to access information anywhere you are.

Facebook

The latest assignment was to explore Facebook, the social networking site.
I have a Facebook account at home that I created on a whim so that I could view friends and family's accounts. I have never used it beyond that, don't keep it current nor does anyone, and I do mean anyone, get to be my friend. For that reason I will not be registering for a Facebook account, it feels like an invasion of my privacy. I don't want to be remembered long past my lifetime for what I've left behind on a Facebook account.
I can see what the fascination for some people is with Facebook. It allows people to make connections with family and friends. You can become part of a community of like-minded people whether through similar interests, activities or affiliations. You are also able to make connections to places, things, experiences or anything you care about.

What is it that I know something about? A profound question, one that puzzled me and had me digging deep into the cobwebs of the past. In a good way!
Once I thought of a subject it was very easy to find the pertinent article; it had proper spelling, grammar and was factually correct. However, I was able to add a fact I found through an official website. I found that the editing process was very easy to do.
